Express Shipping: On average 2–3 business days

Standard Shipping: On average 3–4 business days. Occasionally, delivery may take up to 5 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your Kiimorai piece every step of the way. 

Please keep in mind that delivery times are estimates and can sometimes be affected by customs clearance, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Our shipping carriers are independent companies, so once your order has been dispatched, any delivery or tracking queries are best directed to the carrier using the tracking information provided.

USA Customs

As of August 29, 2025, the United States has removed the de minimis exemption. This means all parcels entering the U.S. are now subject to duties and taxes, in addition to the standard shipping fee.

UK National holidays

During UK bank holidays, including Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Day, courier services are paused, and deliveries may resume on the next working day.
