United Kingdom

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail 24 or 48, depending on the option you select at checkout.

United States 

All U.S. orders are shipped with UPS. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

USA Customs

As of August 29, 2025, the United States has removed the de minimis exemption. This means all parcels entering the U.S. are now subject to duties and taxes, in addition to the standard shipping fee.

UK National holidays

During UK bank holidays, including Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Day, courier services are paused, and deliveries may resume on the next working day.
